US May Block New DJI Imports After Dec 23

A December 23, 2025 deadline in the US could automatically ban new DJI products unless the government completes a required security audit — something no agency has begun. If no audit happens, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) would add DJI to its “Covered List,” stopping imports of drones, cameras, and wireless products. Existing DJI gear can still be used, but new models may be barred from entering the US market. Lawmakers cite national security concerns, while DJI denies any wrongdoing and urges authorities to conduct the audit.
