Artificial Intelligence as a Service (AIaaS) is the third party offering of off-the-shelf AI tools. AIaaS allows individuals and companies to experiment AI for various purposes without large initial investment and with lower risk [1]. Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and IBM are the major players in the AIaaS market.
